Connie Hulme, Optician – Office Manager
Connie previously worked at the hospital as an x-ray technician for years and we finally convinced her that she would be a great addition to the office. She received her training as a certified optician and has been full-time at the office for the past 8 years. She loves finding just the right pair of glasses for our patients. There is an art to finding the frame shape and style that enhances the patient’s facial features. Connie has many patients that will request that she be here to help guide them in selecting their glasses. Understanding the difference in all the lens options and designs, she can create a pair of glasses that you will love to wear.

Allie was raised spending most of her youth in Northern Colorado and loves to work with animals. She attended Front Range Community College and received her Veterinary Technician degree, and in her off time uses that knowledge to raise alpacas. She however discovered that she really enjoys helping people see better and has been working in the optometric field for over 5 years as an Optometric Assistant. She educates patients about how to deal with the Colorado dry climate and its effects on the eyes and advises patients on the newer contact lens designs and treatments for dry eyes. When not flashing bright lights in our patients’ eyes, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her boyfriend and dogs.
